Introducing … Elizabeth Rodriguez, our new Mint Museum Affiliate Coordinator!

Elizabeth Rodriguez is a graduate of the Florida State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, with a minor concentration in Communications and Marketing. Elizabeth was previously an intern at Sony Records, assisting with promotions, press inquiries, and events in South Florida. Upon graduation, Elizabeth worked at a public relations firm before finding her true calling in the non-profit sector. She most recently served as the Special Events Manager for the Zoological Society of Florida, the 501 (c) 3 fundraising arm for Zoo Miami. Elizabeth was responsible for all aspects of their events, including the largest annual fundraiser, which attracts over 1,200 people. In addition, she served on committees for other non-profits, including the Hearing and Speech Center of Florida. Elizabeth is very excited about relocating to Charlotte and is eager to further the goals and strategic plan that The Mint Museum has for the future.
